These things are absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work:
1. Carriers use several bands throughout the US,but even if there is LTE service in your area,they may not be using the band. Please make sure your phone is receiving the band 12/17 frequency signal from the nearest cell signal tower.
2. Please kindly mount the phone booster follow the instructions in the included booklet,and make sure your phone could get 2-3 bars of stable signal at the place where the outdoor antenna will be mounted,and keep the outdoor yagi antenna towards nearest cell signal tower.
3. Keep the distance between the outdoor antenna and indoor antenna should be above 32ft and make sure a proper amount of physical separation between them that is absolutely critical for the cell phone signal booster to work.
